Our team's engagement with Aboriginal communities spans 20 years. We work with various Aboriginal led organisations across Australia, including Native Title groups, prescribed bodies corporate, Aboriginal benefits trusts, and Aboriginal community-controlled organisations. We also work with other stakeholders in the sector, including the State of Western Australia, land councils, and third-party service providers.

We pride ourselves on working collaboratively with Traditional Owners to understand their intentions and aspirations and assisting them to achieve unique outcomes that are tailored to meet their specific needs and objectives.

We advise on a broad range of matters relating to corporate governance and corporate structures. We assist clients with rule book and constitution reviews, development of trust deeds and policies, directors’ duties and conduct matters. Our proven capabilities in contractual negotiations, and the interpretation of agreements and statutory obligations, including compliance with these, add value through any stage of the engagement. We often work alongside and complement our clients’ broader support teams such as their native title and heritage advisors, and commercial and financial advisors.
