Eva has a wealth of experience advising a wide range of clients on successfully resolving commercial disputes and litigation, including their early-stage risk management. In a career spanning two decades, Eva has helped clients navigate commercial and contractual disputes, insolvency and enforcement litigation, creditor claims, and external appointments under the Corporations Act, including administration, receivership and liquidation. She also advises on contested statutory demands, liquidator claims including unfair preferences, and uncommercial transactions.
Eva has completed specialist studies in intellectual property, and regularly helps her clients to protect and enforce their IP rights, including advising on copyright infringement, trademark infringement and unauthorised use of branding, and contested trademark applications.
Although her experience spans numerous industries, Eva has a particular focus and technical expertise in relation to the energy sector. She has been a legal practitioner member of the Electricity Review Board since 2018.
