We have a 12 month full-time or part-time (4 days per week) opportunity available providing administrative support for our Safe Custody Project. Law students welcome to apply. A job share arrangement may be considered for suitable candidates.
Working closely with a small team of Office Services Administrators, you will manage the process and work of returning our law firm’s Safe Custody collection of documents to our respective clients for their own safe keeping.
This role is responsible for ensuring a rigorous process is followed when reviewing our holdings, contacting clients, updating our records, and consulting with our estates law partners and legal assistants.
The successful candidate will have:
Professional client and customer service skills and experience, including an excellent phone manner.
Time management and organisational skills.
Demonstrated ability to be proactive, have a good level of initiative and a strong work ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
Good computer literacy, especially in technology and system skills and Microsoft Office.
Previous experience working in a legal or professional office environment would be advantageous.
