Jackson McDonald hosts Women in Cabinet14 April 2016
Jackson McDonald is proud to have hosted the inaugural Women in Cabinet Networking Series launch event on Monday 11 April.
Initiated by Western Australia Senator Linda Reynolds, the event was the first in what Senator Reynolds hopes to be a series of events where Women in Cabinet and prominent female leaders and professionals come together for an evening of networking.
The kick-off event proved very successful with over 80 women in attendance, including The Honourable Julie Bishop (Deputy Leader of the Liberal Party and Minister for Foreign Affairs), Senator Linda Reynolds CSC, Senator the Honourable Marise Payne (Minister for Defence) and Senator the Honourable Michaelia Cash (Minister for Women, Minister for Employment).
Speaking of the event, Jackson McDonald Partner and event host, Isla McRobbie, said “it was wonderful to facilitate the gathering of so many influential Western Australian women all together in one room. It was a true example of our commitment to promoting diversity within Jackson McDonald and the wider Western Australian community.”
Jackson McDonald prides itself on its commitment to diversity. We recognise and value diversity of thought through understanding and inclusion using education, mentoring and networking.
